Possess 25 years of experience in Human Resources, Financial Systems and Accounting, with concentration in Oracle HCM eBusiness Suite implementations over the last 16 years. Performed the role of lead functional consultant in a variety Oracle Applications projects. Accumulated a command of domain knowledge in key Oracle HCM modules across Manufacturing, Finance, Service, Public Sector and logistic industries. Have implemented Oracle Core HR, Self-Service, i-Recruitment, Payroll, Time and Labor, OAB and Compensation Work Bench modules. Additionally have had exposure to Oracle Financial ERP packages in the capacity of Accounts/ Finance Controller. Strengths and Abilities • Subject Matter Expertise across various Oracle Application modules that include: Core HR, SSHR, Payroll, OTL, iRecruitment, Advanced Benefits, CWB, Learning Management, General Ledger, Receivables, Payables and Purchasing. • Ability to perform in-depth analysis, design, configuration and documentation of Oracle HCM application working closely with developers, end-users both during the design/development phase and during the training stages.
