• Strong experience in Oracle HRMS Applications such as HR, Payroll, OTL (Oracle Time and Labor), Absences, Payroll modules in both 11i and R12. • Experienced Human Capital and Talent Acquisition Manager with a business analytical focus on developing various metrics as related to TA and onboarding via reporting dashboards • Excellent skills in gathering requirements and creating Business Requirements Document (BRD) and Functional Requirements Document (FRD), facilitating Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions, Rapid Application Development (RAD) sessions, Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP), developing Use Cases, Test Approach, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) • Career Section Administration – creating new Career Portals, addition and change in Application Flows, creating custom branding for Career Sections, managing User-defined forms, Diversity Forms and Statements • Work in Liaison with integration consultants deploying TCC at client location, write import, export scripts, writing bat files, automation of scripts, using windows task scheduler • On boarding and Manager Web Top administration – maintaining Onboarding processes, Task Definitions and Roles, Configuration of New Hire Portal, User defined forms and fields. End To End Testing the Application • Prepare gap analysis, documenting differences of client’s current Taleo application. Documenting differences between the functionality and capabilities of the current Taleo implementation versus those that are available in the latest release, make recommendations on enhancements or configuration changes • Perform training to client side administrators both on Recruiting/Onboarding/Learn as well as TCC • Perform functional fit/gap analysis as part of a Taleo 7.5 to 12 upgrade, assist in design, development, and delivery of Onboarding Optimization project • Experience in creating Test plans, Test cases, Systems Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). • User type set-up, User Account and User Group management, Creating Departments, Work Locations • Work as liaison with integration consultants, deploying TCC at client location, write import, export scripts, writing bat files, automation of scripts, using windows task scheduler • Perform training to client side administrators both on Recruiting/Onboarding/Learn as well as TCC • Create Learn Centers & Sub Learn Centers, Create Groups, SCORM courses insertions/test, managing FTP servers, set up test environment • Strong Knowledge and domain experience in Oracle HRMS module
