• Around 8 Years of experience in Human Resource management systems, Oracle E- business suite 11i to R12 and Oracle fusion Human capital management cloud application 11g, R9, R10 and R11. • Expertise in Fusion HCM offerings- Core HR, Benefits, Absence(PTO), OTL and self Service. • Extensively worked on implementation planning, fit/gap analysis, conference room pilots, configuration, testing, training, rollout, and post-implementation Involved in Complete lifecycle implementations involving Data allotment, Requirements gathering, Business Process Re-engineering, Configuration, Development, Troubleshooting, Training and production support environment. • Experience in full life-cycle implementation of Global R12 and upgrades of the Oracle E- Business Suite from 11i to R12. • Good experience in implementation, development and configuration of Core HR, Goal Management, Talent Review and Oracle E-Biz Application 11i. • Experience in security, FBL, HCM extracts, HCM data loader (HDL) and BIP Reports in Oracle Fusion HCM. • Involved in Complete lifecycle implementations involving Data allotment, Requirements gathering, Business Process Re-engineering, Configuration, Development, Troubleshooting, Training and production support environment. • In-depth understanding of various Taleo Functions like requisitions, recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, requisition templates, screening services, job specific applications, offer letters, onboarding processes, performance processes, goal management, reviews, review cycles, organizational charts, automated tasks, configuration profiles, List formats, branding files, Taleo system security, and others. • Proficient in Talent Acquisition (TALEO) and integration with Oracle EBS Core HRMS both inbound and outbound. • Experienced in Managing HR data Request & assemble, analyze and format data into useable reports. • Hands-on configuration experience working with functional set up manager across Fusion Modules. • Excel in interacting with the project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions and able to lead discussions during business requirement meetings. • Experienced in configuring Workflow routing rules for all Manager Self-services and Employee Self-services. • Gained a wealth of experience through all stages of project management, system development, functional implementation, support and custom development. • Conducting business process analysis to align information technology solutions with business initiatives of multiple Oracle ERP applications 11i to R12 knowledge and understanding of accounting concepts. • Excel in configuring the application, ad-hoc client reporting and user trainings. • Well Versed in SQL Scripting on various HRMS modules. • Expert in Identifying business requirements and map them to oracle fusion functionality. • Good experience in creating Reports and Analytic using Oracle Cloud BI. • Strong understanding of Fast Formulas. • Excellent ability to learn and deliver in a very short period and ability to work on multiple projects and excellent communications skills.
