Configured applications to meet system requirements identify by users to obtain Software Requirement Specification (SRS). Created Test Plan and Test Cases to be utilized in end to end system for System Integration (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT) to insure application functionality, accuracy and reliability. • Conduct conference room pilot (CRP) for software accepting testing with user before conducting user acceptance test (UAT) and user training (UT). • Expert in Creating Training Plans, Developing Training Documentation (BR100, MD-50, TE030, & TE040) and provide user Training. • Strong Experience in JIRA and SP; Up-load file to JIRA, Create Bug, Link Bug to the existing Bug, and close the Bug.
