• Taleo/PeopleSoft Certified Expert having 11+ Years of PeopleSoft Functional /Business experience in all phases of Implementations, Upgrades and supporting of PeopleSoft HCM versions 9.2 (new PUM images), 9.1, 9.0, 8.9, 8.8, 8.3 and 8.0 specifically in Payroll for North America, Time & Labor, Core HR (including Person Model), Commitment Accounting, Position Management, Benefits, Payroll Interface and collaborative applications (MSS, ESS) for public and private sectors. • 4 Years of experience with Taleo system and Taleo Connect Client (TCC). • Experience and Knowledge of Taleo Recruting, Onboarding, Learn ,Taleo Connect Client (TCC), Business object /OBI reporting . • Hand on Functional knowledge of Taleo Recruiting and Learn including online configurations, with technical understand of the Taleo architecture and integrations. • Experience with Passport /OVI integrations, i.e eQuest, HireRight, I-9 Management, HireVue, candidate assessments..etc • Knowledge of SaaS Applications (Taleo , Workday& Salesforce) • Experience in Configuring Taleo system & integration with ERP System. • Undergone Taleo System Administrator training in Taleo Recruting, Reporting and Learn. • Project roles have encompassed in different phases of PeopleSoft Development Lifecycle including Requirements Study ,Fit/Gap Analysis, Prototyping , Data Conversion ,System Business Process Analysis, design implementation , troubleshooting, Documentation, Testing ( Unit testing, Integration testing, System Testing and User Acceptance Testing),End User Training and Production Support. • Strong analytical and problem solving skills along with outstanding learning capability. • Excellent HCM system (NA Payroll (US, PR & CAN), Time & Labor, Core HR & Payroll Interface, commitment accounting, Benefits) functional system, Configuration, Integration & business Processing Knowledge. • Extensive experience & knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM integrates with other cross HCM modules and other PeopleSoft applications, such as PeopleSoft Financials • Hand on experience with setup of all required HR, Time & Labor, payroll related tables needed to process payroll from hiring an employee to pay sheet creation to transmission of ACH and HR accounting lines to GL and positive pay files to the bank. • Extensive experience & knowledge in Setting Up and Maintain Payroll Tables, Employee Pay Data ,Payroll processing(On Cycle/Off Cycle/Special), Check Reversal, Retro Payroll,FLSA, Garnishments & Post to GL ;Leave Accruals • Extensive experience & knowledge in Setting Up and Maintain T&L Tables, Time Reporters Data, Time reporting, Rules, Processing, Analyzing & Troubleshooting of Time Admin issues , Integration, Distribute and dilute labor costs • Hands on US and Canadian Payroll Taxes Knowledge. • Extensive Knowledge in analyzing, new PUM images, testing Tax Updates & processing Year End Processing (US & CAN). • Experience working with ADP, Ceridian (Tax Filing, Printing & Distribution Third parts). • Proficiency in HCM Security, Roles, and Permission lists. • Proficiency with SQL and PS/Query for reviewing data, troubleshooting and testing/validating source system data. • Extensive Knowledge in developing various reports using PS Query manager and Xml Publisher • Provided recommendations to improve and support business activities. • Provide day-to-day functional support (24/7) in maintaining the HRMS system, including responsibility for ensuring processes and outputs are complete and error-free • Expertise in writing function Specifications, Business requirements documents, test plans, test cases, test procedures and test scripts based on requirements and specifications. • Excellent Working Knowledge of automated testing tools like Quick Test Professional, Test Director, Win Runner, Load Runner, Mercury Quality Center • Good knowledge of Microsoft suite – Excel – proficient advance function like VLOOKUP functions, Pivot Tables and other functions used to assess, associate, organize and report data • Excellent communication and analytical skills; capable of working closely with users, able to rapidly translate layman’s requests into technical specifications and business procedures and ability to work as an individual and also as a part of team TECHNICAL SUMMARY DBMS/RDBMS: Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, MS Access People Tools: PeopleTools 7.x/8.x (Application Engine, PeopleCode, Workflow, Data Mover, Import Manager.
