Performed break/fix analysis for HR and Payroll modules, researched and tested required patches/upgrades, and provided recommendations to improve HCM processes. Assisted to resolve payroll costing issues, resolved garnishment issues due to incorrect configurations, and provided Oracle HCM testing to end users.
