Racquel has over 20 years integrated experience in Human Resource and HR Information System, including 17 years implementing the Oracle HRMS/Oracle HCM Cloud and 3 years implementing the HRMS Buck Interactive Technology. She has domestic and global experience, having been involved in a number of full cycle Oracle HRMS/Fusion HCM implementation projects in the US, Canada, Asia/Pacific, and Europe. Racquel has worked for clients within telecommunications, manufacturing, banking, insurance, airline, oil and gas, food industries, government agencies, energy, shipping, life sciences, engineering, retail, construction, and legal industries.
