• Having around 16 years of IT industry experience in ERP consulting, support, implementation and product development. • Extensive exposure in managing various activities in Competency and played various roles: Scrum Master, Delivery lead, Project manager, Technical lead, Designer, Onshore coordinator and developer. • Having great experience on Peoplesoft HCM/FSCM/CRM Techno Functional consultant & Solution Architect with implementations, customization projects and production support activities. • Having good exposure on Latest technologies in PeopleSoft like Pivot Grids, Work Center, PUM UI, Fluid concept, Activity Guide,..etc • Extensive exposure in PeopleSoft upgrades concept. • Experience of managing large project team at different geographical locations and managing multiple projects concurrently. • Having over six years of strong end to end project management experience and experience in design, development, Test strategies and release management. • Strong experience in project management concepts, techniques, resource management, change management, issues management, risk management, problem management, metrics and quality control. • Good experience of stakeholder management, Vendor Management, cost, quality and risk management. • Have been managing a team size of 30 Members from 3+ years and directly responsible for providing direct support activities and supervision of the persons served to help them achieve their personal goals. • Directs day-to-day activities of Direct Support Professionals. Completes required documentation and assists with information gathering for Personal Outcome Measures and assessments. • Acts as a team leader and resource person for Direct Support Professionals. Assists in staff scheduling, manages customer appointments, and activity schedules. • Assists in maintaining health and safety standards for individuals supported and support sites. • Supports Vision, and Core Values, ensuring that individuals are assisted in practicing their faith and are treated with the utmost respect. * Good hands on experience on Agile application and Agile scrum methodology.
