● Possess vast experience in ERP systems, which span many roles, such as Project Manager, Technical/Functional Lead, and PeopleSoft Consultant. ● Over 30+ years of PeopleSoft experience ranging from multiple implementations, upgrades, customizations, interfaces and custom bolt on. ● Over 30+ years of SQL experience and several years of IBM mainframe experience; which contribute to expertise in developing interfaces for custom and third party applications. ● Dedicated and goal-oriented person able to function with minimal supervision. ● Adhere to SDLC processes and SOX compliancy when delivering quality products and solutions to clients. ● Possess excellent analytical skills, which lends to being a primary problem solver in multiple projects with the ability to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions in a timely manner. Jim has excellent PeopleSoft skills, both Functional and Technical, and has successfully demonstrated his leadership skills. ● Possess experience providing production support with HRMS/Payroll (HCM), Financials (FSCM), CRM, and Campus Solutions.
