• Highly motivated, dynamic professional having 9+ years of experience in requirements gathering, design, Analysis Configuration Management, development, testing, implementation, customization, maintenance and support of business applications in Oracle HCM domain specialized in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud and Oracle Application R12 with hands on experience in documentation RD020, BP080, BR100, MD050 and MD070. • Good Expertise and implementation experience on Fusion HCM Offerings: Talent Management, Workforce Deployment (Core HR), Workforce Development (Goal Management, Performance Management, Talent Review and Succession), Absence Management, Compensation Management, Fusion Benefits and, Security. • Strong knowledge in Taleo recruiting cloud in Fusion HCM and Oracle HRMS integration through TCC. • Experience in building new reports and troubleshooting the existing reports using Fusion reposting tool OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence). • Strong understanding in Performance Management set ups like Performance Process Flows, Talent Eligibility Profiles, configuring Performance Document. • Experience in Creating Talent profiles, Educational Establishments, Goal Plans, Talent Review Templates, and Succession Plans as per the business requirement. • Expertise in designing compensation plans, eligibility profiles and Compensation Worksheet configuration as per the client requirement. • Strong understanding in Fusion Security Model and creating roles and various security Profiles. • Oracle Fusion subject matter expert providing best-practice guidance on HCM business processes. • Experience includes full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Applications release 12 covering HRMS modules: Core HRMS, Payroll, OTL, Oracle Advance Benefits, Absence Management & Self Service and HCM Fusion Implementation for Compensation Management, Workforce Deployment, Workforce Development, and Talent Management. • Strong Knowledge on Fusion Functional Setup Manager. • Excellent analytical skills in Analysis and business requirements gathering from end users to the client and experience in design using MD70 documents. • Excel at translating business needs into application requirements. • Assisting clients in the selection, implementation planning, fit/gap analysis, conference room pilots, configuration, testing, training, rollout and post-implementation support of Oracle Fusion HCM cloud/SaaS solutions at various customer sites SKILL SET • Operating systems: Windows 95/ 2000/ NT/ XP, Linux, Unix • Fusion HCM Cloud – Workforce Deployment, Talent Management and Compensation Management, Benefits, Security, HDL • ERPs: Oracle Applications R-12, (HRMS, HR, OAB, Payroll, OTL, Absence Management iRecruitment and AME) • Lang/ Tech: SQL, PL/SQL, Java J2EE, OAF (Oracle Application Framework) • Tools: TOAD, Eclipse, SQL Developer
