• 4+ Years of experience as a HRMS Technical Consultant in Oracle Applications and as Oracle Developer. • Involved in development & support of Oracle Applications R12 product, with hands on working experience on various RICE Components (Reports, Interfaces & Extensions) • Excellent skills in Oracle (SQL, PL/SQL, Reports) • Good Technical Knowledge in HRMS Modules (Core HR, Payroll And OLM) • Having good Experience about AOL, System administration and Coding standards in Oracle Applications • Good exposure to Oracle Application Implementation Methodology. • Good Experience on BI/XML Publisher reports • Good Knowledge in Designing and Development of Inbound and Outbound Interfaces • Good Experience in Customizing Reports as well as Developing New Reports • Good exposure to Oracle HR and Payroll concepts like Assignments, Persons, Organizations, Jobs, Locations, Positions, SIT’s, EIT’s, Payroll Life Cycle, Element Setups, Balances, Salary Basis, Payment methods, Reversals, Assignment sets, Consolidation sets etc. • Good Knowledge in Designing of WEBADI’s. • Having Good Experience in developing reports in EiS Express Reporting Tool • Having Knowledge on OAF TECHNICAL SKILLS: Oracle Applications : Oracle Applications E-Business Suite R12/11i GUI : Developer 6i/10g Languages : SQL, PL/SQL Tools : SQL* Loader, Toad, SQL Developer, Web ADI, JDeveloper & BI Publisher.
