• Over 10 years of experience on Oracle Applications versions R12.1.3, 11.5.10, 11.5.9 in Oracle Financials, HRMS applications. • Strong understanding of Financial and HRMS data model. Worked as a technical consultant in Oracle General Ledger (GL), Cash Management (CM), Account Payables (AP), Order Management (OM), Core HR, Payroll, Self Service HR, OTL, Absence Management developing custom forms, concurrent programs, WEBADI solutions (Bank Statement upload in WEBADI). • Well versed with Oracle HRMS functional setup – Core HR, Payroll, Self Service Human Resources, Absence Management, Oracle Time and Labor modules • Experience with Oracle development tools and utilities, including Toad, SQL*Plus, Oracle Application Framework, Oracle Reports, Oracle Forms, Workflow, PL/SQL, Xml Publisher, Interfaces, Conversions, AME, User hooks. • Good understanding of AOL, Sysadmin and table structures in Oracle Apps and data flow processes in Oracle Apps 11i, R12 and Oracle Application implementation methodologies (AIM). • Exposure to data conversion and migration to Oracle applications using the standard Oracle APIs, writing functions, procedures, packages to validate legacy system data, implement the business rules of the organization, loading data into interface tables, handling the exceptions and errors. • Expertise in preparing/writing requirement analysis, preparing the solution design, functional and technical specifications, implementing the solution, writing test scripts, performing unit testing and integration testing, preparing user guides, conducting user training and acceptance and customization documents using Software Development Life Cycle Standards • Experience in leading/managing projects, following SOX and other compliant related procedures, working closely with the customers and managing offshore team • Effective communication, interpersonal, organizational, documentation, negotiation and conflict management skills.
