Summary of Experience and Qualifications Arnold has almost 20 years of experience in information technology, both in Europe and in the US with a strong focus on Oracle and internet technologies. He has been a SOA lead and EBS technical lead, working at all stages in the product development life- cycle, both in very small and large teams, and has shown he performs very well in both. As a lead his tasks consisted of: • Writing Functional Specifications and reviewing functional specifications with functional consultants and client • Identify RICE objects to be developed • Plan RICE objects development • Write Technical Specifications • Assign and track work for on-site and off-shore developers • Report progress of development to Project Management • Quality Control of developed RICE objects • Train client staff on development methodology and use of Oracle technologies He has proven to be very analytical and pragmatic, and able to master new concepts in a short time.
