• Over 7 years of IT experience in Implementation of Oracle HRMS Applications. • Expertise on the following Oracle HRMS modules. Human Resource Management System (HRMS) of Oracle Applications including Oracle Human Resources(HR), Oracle Payroll, Oracle Advanced Benefits(OAB), Oracle Time and Labor(OTL), Oracle iRecruitment, Oracle Learning Management and Oracle Self Service Human Resources(SSHR). • Assisted in Oracle E-Business Suite’s BR100 preparation and used Application Implementation Methodology (AIM). • Involved in Business user interactions, and preparing Business Process Requirement (BR100), Functional (MD50), and Conversion (CV40) specification documents with effective business knowledge transition to the application development teams. • Strong management, organizational and communication skills displayed during communication with clients, project stakeholders, key users, technical team and project status/review meetings. • Experience in design of RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Customizations and Extensions) objects to as per the custom business process within Oracle HRMS implementation. • Experience in Oracle Human Resource business process mapping for Hiring, payroll administration, absence management, performance management, benefits administration, time management, termination processes. • Expertise in Oracle Payroll configuration with Oracle Time and Labor and Oracle Benefit modules in Multi-Org environments. • Proficient in defining Users, Responsibilities, Creating Functions, Menus, Request sets, Request groups, Registering Concurrent programs, Lookup types and defining Value sets. • Excellent ability to support multiple simultaneous technical assignments in a fortune organizations as well as leading the team. • Sound experience Oracle E-Business Suite R12 new features including Multi-Org Access Control. • Experience in full life cycle implementation projects covering Business Requirement gathering, Conducting JAD sessions, Gap Analysis, Configuration Setup, Conference Room Pilot (CRP), User Acceptance Test (UAT), Go live and post production support in Multi-Org environments. • Experience in working with cross functional teams by setting up meetings and solving the issues. • Excellent problem solving, communication, analytical and interpersonal skills. • Strong communication skills with an ability to interact with business. • Highly motivated team player with excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, always willing to work in challenging and cross-platform environment.
